She is responsible for managing the daily workings of the factory floor, ensuring that production levels meet the demand without compromising on quality. Ensuring meticulous organisation of resources, overseeing the supply chain, and ensuring the seamless execution of business processes. The role demands streamlining production processes, reducing waste, and enhancing quality control measures and improved productivity.She also plays a crucial role in strategic planning, working closely with other executives to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the company’s growth.

With of 20+ experiance in UAE across Industrial & Retail Sales Ravi is responsible for working with Stakeholders for long term strategic goals and identifying growth opportunities across the business, responsibilities include establishing performance metrics across teams and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure business goals are on track. The role demands setting revenue targets for the business, control expenditures and monitor revenue budgets to maximize profitability. Apart from the commercial aspects the role involves motivating teams to achieve goals by measuring employee performance and recognizing high performers.
