Manufacturing

Our manufacturing process begins with a stainless-steel coil that is cut to the required size. The flat strip of metal is then put through a series of rollers and the join (also called the seam) is welded together to form a high-quality precision tube. The finished tube is then put through a polishing machine to be finished in mirror or brushed steel as per the client’s requirements.

We supply all the common grades of steel — 201, 304 and 316. We work with wall thicknesses up to 3mm and with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 127mm. All the tubes that we manufacture are cut to size and packaged according to specifications. Our process ensures excellent quality and impeccable finish.
